Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and compliance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and donor reports
- Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor fund utilization
- Ensure adherence to NGO accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage grant finances and support fundraising initiatives
- Develop financial controls to safeguard organizational assets
- Collaborate with program teams on financial planning and analysis
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/ACCA qualification
- 5+ years financial management experience in NGO/non-profit sector
- Expertise in grant accounting and donor compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
