PERSOL is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Finance Officer to join our expanding team in the Esplanade region. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. We are offering a competitive salary package of up to $3,900 per month, providing excellent financial stability for the right candidate.
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for a wide range of financial duties. You will ensure that our financial reporting is precise and timely, supporting the broader accounting team in maintaining accurate ledgers and financial records. The working hours are designed for efficiency: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with the highest level of confidentiality. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and general ledger entries efficiently.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure discrepancies are resolved.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial documents.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or Diploma in Accountancy) is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
