Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax laws, handling filing, audits, and rebate processing accurately.
- Coordinate banking activities and manage fund planning strategies to ensure optimal cash flow.
- Drive financial digitalization projects to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure strict adherence to internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a Finance role within the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MASB) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
