Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with accurate analysis
- Monitor budget adherence and provide variance explanations to department heads
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain updated general ledger records
- Assist in annual audits and financial forecasting processes
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik, Brevet A/B) is preferred
