Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting through month-end/year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to guarantee compliance with accounting standards
- Lead and develop the accounting team through training, mentorship, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports for executive decision-making
- Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to tax regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and process optimization
- Proven track record in managing month-end/year-end closing cycles
