Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to management
- Prepare budgets and forecasts while monitoring actual performance against targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian FRS and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
