We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our client in Raffles Place. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Group CFO and senior leadership, driving financial decisions across multiple jurisdictions. You will leverage your expertise in financial planning and analysis to support business growth, optimize resource allocation, and enhance profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with the Group CFO and senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards and internal control frameworks.
- Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar finance role.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (SAP, Oracle, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record of working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making processes.
- Experience in a multinational or regional environment is an advantage.
