Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations
- Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and operational audits
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Supervise accounting staff and develop financial systems
- Drive process improvements for financial efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in controller role
- Expertise in BPO industry financial operations and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws, SEC regulations, and BIR requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
