Join RAM Food Products Inc.'s finance team as a Fixed Asset Accounting Staff and play a critical role in safeguarding the company's financial assets. You'll oversee capital expenditure tracking, maintain comprehensive insurance records, and manage vehicle fleet documentation while maintaining strict adherence to Philippine Accounting Standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage fixed asset lifecycle including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and revaluations
- Calculate and record depreciation expenses using appropriate accounting methods
- Track capital expenditures (CAPEX) budgets and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain comprehensive insurance coverage records and process claims
- Oversee vehicle fleet documentation including registration and maintenance records
- Conduct periodic physical asset counts and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Support internal/external audits with fixed asset documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of fixed asset accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience with asset management systems preferred
