Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and strategic business plans.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and provide analytical support for decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of AI-driven tools and data visualization platforms.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and forecasts, providing clear recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and complex formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
