Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe and timely transportation for international clients across Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and mechanical readiness at all times
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic data to ensure punctuality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively in basic English to assist clients with directions, schedules, and local information
- Assist with luggage handling and provide courteous customer service throughout journeys
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes and urgent transportation requests
- Document trip details, mileage, and expenses accurately for reporting
- Represent the company professionally through appearance, conduct, and vehicle presentation
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Extensive knowledge of Jakarta's road systems, traffic patterns, and alternative routes
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
