- Manage end-to-end fund accounting operations for private equity portfolios
- Oversee NAV calculations, financial reporting, and investor communications
- Ensure compliance with SEC, BSP, and international regulatory standards
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during examinations
- Develop and implement process improvements for fund administration workflows
- Mentor junior staff and cross-functional teams on accounting best practices
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates affecting fund operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of fund accounting or fund administration experience
- Proven expertise in private equity or alternative investment fund structures
- Advanced knowledge of SEC, BSP, and IFRS/GAAP standards
- Strong proficiency in fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, BlackRock Aladdin)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Certifications (CFA, CAIA) or advanced degree advantageous
