Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for financial discrepancies
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
