Join Capgemini as a General Ledger Manager and become a key driver of financial excellence in our Record to Analyze (R2A) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee end-to-end general ledger operations, ensuring financial accuracy while optimizing processes for strategic impact. You'll lead a dynamic team in maintaining financial integrity, driving month-end close efficiencies, and transforming raw data into actionable business insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee general ledger operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end closes
- Lead R2A process optimization for record, report, and analyze functions
- Manage financial reporting compliance with IFRS/US GAAP standards
- Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor finance teams on accounting best practices
- Analyze financial trends to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in general ledger management within multinational corporations
- Expertise in R2A processes and financial transformation initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and Excel
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP reporting standards
- Proven experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
