- Manage and oversee the general ledger accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Process complex financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Prepare and finalize period-end financial statements and supporting documentation
- Resolve standard process-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Train and mentor team members on accounting processes and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
