Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain accurate journal entries across all GL accounts
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, prepaid expenses, and other key accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely completion
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation for management review
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records through investigative analysis
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and compliance reviews
- Support process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of general ledger accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS)
- Experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Professional certification (ACCA, MICPA) preferred
