Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of General Ledger (GL) accountants to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records by implementing and monitoring internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Drive month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external auditors and tax specialists, to facilitate audits and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the GL function to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into variances and business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in General Ledger accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or Team Lead role.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or Oracle financial modules is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of Philippine GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of finance professionals.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software systems.
