Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Comprehensive oversight of daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
- Financial management including budget development, P&L oversight, cost control measures, and ROI optimization
- Leadership of cross-functional teams through talent acquisition, performance management, and professional development programs
- Implementation of service excellence standards and quality assurance protocols across all guest touchpoints
- Stakeholder engagement including corporate partnerships, community relations, and regulatory compliance
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning and growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in hotel management with 3+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational KPIs in premium hospitality environments
- Expertise in P&L management, budget forecasting, and cost optimization strategies
- Strong team leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in talent development and retention
- Deep understanding of Davao market dynamics and Philippine hospitality regulations
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
