  • Leadership of cross-functional teams through talent acquisition, performance management, and professional development programs
  • Implementation of service excellence standards and quality assurance protocols across all guest touchpoints
  • Stakeholder engagement including corporate partnerships, community relations, and regulatory compliance
  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning and growth opportunities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in hotel management with 3+ years in senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational KPIs in premium hospitality environments
  • Expertise in P&L management, budget forecasting, and cost optimization strategies
