We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program / Project Manager to join the growing team at Kitron Electronics Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. As a global leader in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), we are looking for a professional who can drive sales performance, manage complex new product introductions (NPI), and oversee critical customer relationships. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives align with business goals. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and support strategic business objectives through effective project planning.
- Manage the full lifecycle of New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept to mass production.
- Oversee and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and financial performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations departments to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project or program management within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
