Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3+ years digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr) and analytics platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital campaign execution across global markets
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic HTML/CSS
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural environments with international teams
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM best practices and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
