We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager - Trade Marketing to lead our trade marketing initiatives and drive business growth in the competitive Indonesian market.
As the GM - Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase market share, and drive sales across various channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing programs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and manage trade marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize trade promotions and in-store activations to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing plans
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends
- Prepare and present trade marketing budgets and performance reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in trade marketing, with at least 5 years in managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies in FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian retail landscape and distribution channels
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
