Tanggung Jawab
- Create and execute visual designs for construction project proposals, technical presentations, and marketing collateral
- Develop brand-consistent graphics including logos, brochures, and digital content for company platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to transform technical specifications into infographics and visual guides
- Manage design projects from concept through final production ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain and update brand guidelines across all company materials
- Contribute to website and social media content creation with visually engaging assets
- Stay current with design trends and industry best practices to maintain competitive edge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and creative design capabilities
- Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial design preferred
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong time management and project prioritization skills
