- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee brand management, including visual identity, brand voice, public relations, and corporate communications.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize positioning.
- Manage the annual marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on all campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, social media strategy, and email campaigns.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track marketing success and ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling marketing strategies within the Malaysian or Southeast Asian market.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.
