Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all distribution operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products
- Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics optimization and process improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for seamless integration

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing/distribution
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational targets
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Expertise in ERP systems and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and distribution networks
