Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the packing team to achieve daily production targets and maintain high quality standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the packing process to ensure consistency and reduce waste.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure all safety regulations and workplace hygiene standards are strictly followed to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to enhance their skills and career development.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production departments to ensure seamless coordination and meet shipping deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of packaging machinery, material handling, and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Fluent in Indonesian (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on process optimization.
