As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for the proper cleaning, washing, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment, ensuring they meet the strict hygiene and safety standards required in healthcare settings.
This full-time position offers a 5-day work week with 3 shifts, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Tanggung Jawab
- Clean, wash, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment using established protocols
- Inspect and maintain sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor sterilization processes to maintain quality control standards
- Package and label sterilized items properly for storage and distribution
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Document sterilization processes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies
- Adhere to all safety regulations and departmental policies
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in healthcare or related field preferred
- Previous experience in CSSD or sterilization processes is advantageous
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control procedures
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle medical equipment
