Tanggung Jawab
- Assist main driver in loading/unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Secure cargo using proper restraints and weight distribution techniques
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and daily inspection protocols
- Support navigation and route planning during deliveries
- Handle delivery documentation and customer interactions
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver's license (Class C preferred)
- Physical ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
- Basic knowledge of cargo securing techniques
- Experience in logistics or transportation advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
