You will be responsible for the accurate processing of monthly payroll and the administration of our benefits programs, ensuring our team members are well taken care of.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with government-mandated social security contributions (SSS), health insurance (PhilHealth), and housing fund (Pag-IBIG).
  • Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records and personnel files in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Assist in the annual compensation review and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Prepare and submit required government reports and tax filings on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to resolve payroll inquiries and benefits-related issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or HR Administration.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Laws, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations.
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential for data analysis).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and external agencies.
