This pivotal role oversees the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding processes, strict labor compliance, and meticulous maintenance of personnel records. You'll lead payroll operations with precision while implementing strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency. Your expertise in Philippine labor regulations (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth) will be crucial in mitigating risks and fostering a compliant workplace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR systems, develop policies, and champion data-driven decision-making. This position requires a visionary leader who can transform HR operations into a strategic asset while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and mandatory government reporting
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including benefits administration
  • Develop, implement, and audit HR policies, procedures, and documentation systems
  • Lead HRIS optimization and digital transformation initiatives
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments for HR operations
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and department heads on HR-related matters
  • Mentor HR team members and implement performance improvement plans

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 8 years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial/supervisory role
  • Expert knowledge of Philippine labor code, SSS, PhilHealth, and BIR regulations
  • Proven experience with HRIS implementation and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting
  • SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
  • Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and data visualization experience
