Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with department heads to define talent requirements and KPIs
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and training effectiveness data for continuous improvement
  • Maintain and expand talent pipeline through strategic employer branding initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and training coordination
  • Proven expertise in competency-based assessment techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR data interpretation
  • Certified in training methodologies (e.g., Train the Trainer) preferred
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and recruitment management systems
