Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with business objectives
- Develop and execute employee development plans and succession strategies
- Conduct competency assessments and identify skill gaps requiring intervention
- Collaborate with department heads to define talent requirements and KPIs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and training effectiveness data for continuous improvement
- Maintain and expand talent pipeline through strategic employer branding initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and training coordination
- Proven expertise in competency-based assessment techniques
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR data interpretation
- Certified in training methodologies (e.g., Train the Trainer) preferred
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and recruitment management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
