Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software systems
- Strategic thinking with ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
