- Strategic management and optimization of HRIS platforms to support healthcare-specific HR processes
- Implementation and maintenance of SAP HR modules with focus on data accuracy and system security
- Development and execution of automation workflows using RPA, Power Automate, and Power Query
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Provide technical guidance to HR staff on system functionality and best practices
- Generate comprehensive HR analytics and reporting for leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of HRIS management experience with 2+ years in healthcare
- Expert knowledge of SAP HR modules and HRIS implementation methodologies
- Proven experience with automation tools (RPA, Power Automate, Power Query)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Project management expertise for complex system implementations
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) or technical certifications (e.g., SAP HR)
