We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our mining operations in Linglingay, Gamu, Isabela. As a key member of our safety leadership team, you will drive proactive health, safety, and environmental initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and zero-incident workplaces. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing robust safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety consciousness among all personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, MGB, and other environmental regulations
- Manage safety documentation, reporting, and corrective action tracking
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety committee activities
- Monitor environmental performance and implement sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years HSE experience in mining/quarrying operations
- Professional certification (e.g., OSHS, Nebosh, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental and safety regulations
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent training and stakeholder communication abilities
- Proficient in HSE documentation systems and reporting tools
