Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis and assess skill gaps across departments
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules including leadership, soft skills, and technical competencies
- Manage performance management systems and provide coaching for employee growth
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with department heads to create succession planning strategies
- Facilitate onboarding programs and cultural integration initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR development or training roles
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and learning management platforms
- Certification in HR development (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPTD) is advantageous
- Experience developing training budgets and measuring ROI
- Ability to analyze organizational needs and translate them into actionable development plans
