Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and shortlist high-potential influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube relevant to our industry.
- Draft and send personalized, professional outreach emails and messages to secure collaborations and partnerships.
- Manage the influencer relationship lifecycle, including follow-ups, contract discussions, and onboarding.
- Maintain an organized CRM database, logging all interactions, contact details, and campaign statuses.
- Assist in scheduling social media posts and coordinating content calendars with influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports on outreach results and engagement levels.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
