Are you a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a passion for transforming commercial spaces? We are seeking a talented professional to join our team and bring innovative design solutions to life. As an Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects, from retail spaces to corporate offices, creating environments that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final implementation. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling design concepts. Your expertise in space planning, material selection, and color theory will be essential in creating spaces that meet both client requirements and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for accurate cost estimation and budget management, as well as conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.

- Develop innovative design concepts and detailed plans for commercial interior projects
- Manage client relationships, requirements gathering, and presentations throughout the design process
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications for implementation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure proper execution of design plans
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and track project expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial interior design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial design projects with before-and-after transformations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts
- Strong project management abilities with experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
