Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and manage client relationships through consultations and needs assessment
- Prepare detailed design proposals including mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material selections
- Oversee project management from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Develop comprehensive space plans ensuring functionality, compliance, and aesthetic cohesion
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting solutions
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality control during implementation
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and styles
- Knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
