Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts and technical drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate vision into actionable designs
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes within budget constraints
- Prepare detailed project documentation including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design implementation meets standards
- Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality assurance
- Stay current with design trends, sustainability practices, and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification from recognized interior design body preferred
