Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop residential interior concepts aligned with client preferences and functional requirements
- Prepare detailed design plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Source and select furniture, materials, and finishes within project budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project execution
- Conduct site visits and oversee installation to maintain design integrity
- Manage client relationships through regular consultations and project updates
- Stay current with design trends, sustainability practices, and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of residential interior design experience
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential project capabilities
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Knowledge of Singaporean building codes and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
