Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
- Act as a Relief Accountant, covering for regular accountants during leaves of absence or peak periods.
- Review and verify accounting transactions, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- Identify potential risks and inefficiencies in current processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date system of audit documentation and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing or general accounting.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
