Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations.
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and general ledgers.
- Process invoices and support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify daily financial transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures under supervision.
- Organize and file financial documents and reports efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and terminology is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in calculations and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
