Tanggung Jawab
- Develop architectural drawings and technical specifications under senior architect guidance
- Create 3D visualizations and presentation materials for client proposals
- Assist in site analysis, space planning, and design documentation
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure structural feasibility
- Prepare construction documents including floor plans, elevations, and details
- Participate in client meetings and project reviews
- Stay updated on local building codes and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-3 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical skills
- Understanding of construction materials and methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations
