Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standardsMaintain clean and organized workstationsPerform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshootingAdhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulationsInspect finished products for defects and quality complianceCollaborate with team members to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent1+ years of experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferredAbility to work in shifts and physically demanding conditionsBasic knowledge of mechanical operations and safety standardsStrong attention to detail and quality focusGood communication skills in IndonesianWillingness to undergo training and follow instructions
