Tanggung Jawab
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and production equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality control
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and SOPs
- Document production data and maintain work area cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work shifts (including night shifts)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid health certificate (Kesling)
- No prior experience required (training provided)
