Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment with precision
- Monitor product quality during manufacturing process and perform quality checks
- Maintain clean and organized production area following 5S principles
- Document production data accurately in daily reports
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist in machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic understanding of machine operation and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to work in shift system if required
- Valid health certificate and willingness to undergo medical check-up
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
