Tanggung Jawab
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and monitor production processes
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain clean and organized work area following safety protocols
- Assist in machine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues
- Document production data and report any abnormalities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/Sederajat)
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic understanding of machine operation and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
- Team player with good communication skills
