Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment
- Monitor product quality and perform quality control checksMaintain clean and organized production workspace
- Follow safety protocols and maintain machine hygiene
- Assist in packaging and labeling finished products
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMU/SMA)
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of production processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to work in shift schedules
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Clean criminal record and health certificate
