Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor production quality and perform routine quality checks
- Assemble and pack finished products according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist in basic maintenance
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to company safety and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- Experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Basic computer literacy for production tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
- Valid health certificate (Kesehatan Kerja) mandatory
- Team player with good communication skills
