Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Monitor product quality and perform visual inspections
- Prepare raw materials and maintain machine cleanliness
- Document production data and complete quality reports
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members for optimal workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing/production preferred
- Physical stamina for standing 8-hour shifts
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Valid health certificate (Bebas Narkoba)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
