Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines with precision
- Monitor production quality and conduct visual inspections
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols strictly
- Assist in machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Report equipment issues to supervisor promptly
- Collaborate with team for efficient workflow
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate
- Experience in plastic manufacturing preferred
- Physical fitness for standing 8-hour shifts
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation
- Attention to detail and quality awareness
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Valid health certificate (Bersih Sehat)
- Team player with good communication skills
